Etched Sterling Art Nouveau C-Clasp Brooch              

This early 20th century brooch is constructed of nine stamped silver pieces which have been etched, had repousse applied and pieced together onto a crescent shaped wire form to resemble a domed half sphere with 4 ocean waves curving  from each side. A single silver bead enhances the top center of the design. Closure is by C clasp. The hallmark STERLING  is found on the reverse side.
