1930's Enamel/Rhinestone Dress Clip

A designer signed open work potmetal dress clip accented with multi-color pastel celluloid plastic fluted cabochons each with a recessed clear rhinestone. Raised beading on the surface is enameled with the same pastel shades. The brass clip is hallmarked with a challice or goblet with the initials NE inside. This is a mystery mark for which there is little known about. This is a book piece featured in "Inside the Jewelry Box" © 2002 by Ann M Mitchell. The dimensions are 2" L x 1 5/8" W. The condition is excellent with wear to the enamel beaded design. See the blue cabochon version of this brooch at MEW's Jewels
